Module 2: OSH Legislation in Malaysia
• Historical background and evolution of OSH in Malaysia
• Overview of the Factories and Machineries Act (FMA 1967)
• The OSH Act 1994 and its regulations
• Understanding the USECHH Regulations 2000 and NADOOPOD Regulations 2004


Module 3: Behavioral Based Safety (BBS)
• Definition and misconceptions of BBS
• Identifying obstacles and keys to success in implementing BBS


Module 4: Organizational Performance Model
• Exploring the systems, behaviors, and climate that contribute to organizational safety performance


Module 5: Human Behavior and Safety
• Understanding the factors that activate, influence, and reinforce behaviors related to safety

Module 6: D.O.T.S and Causation Model
