DeClub Macau Would like to build the world’s Original blockchain casino
A new partnership has been formed that may see the debut of the next generation of all the casinos. DeClub, a casino management firm out of Macau, has linked with Malta-based investment company Wide Rich worldwide organization to bring blockchain and gambling closer together.
According to a company press release, DeClub suggests that Wide Rich wants to get the gaming company to build the”world’s first blockchain-based casino gaming hub with fully integrated online and land-based casinos.” To fund the purchase, Wide Rich is supplying a first coin supplying (ICO), which it expects will let it attract up to $1 billion.
In a white paper regarding the project, Wide Rich countries,”The tokenization of processors, casinos and their surrounding entertainment service providers are going to be able to build a pan-gambling small business ecosystem together, to ensure people with varying business needs — in tourism, to business meetings, to shopping — can all gain simple and cost -effective access to customized and prestigious providers on their mobile devices.”
Throughout the ICO, Broad Rich will issue the”DEC” token, giving purchasers rights to host and invest in money lending pools. At the same time, DeClub provides its own token, the”NNC,” which are stablecoins which can be redeemed in order to cover services or goods at casinos.
Macau has a fairly strict anti-ICO policy. The Monetary Authority of Macau prohibits banks and other financial institutions from providing services to some entity from the crypto industry; however, private-sector ICOs are not included in the ban.
This is not the first time that someone tried to combine crypto together with casinos. Dragon Corp introduced an ICO at 2017 that sought to raise $500 million because of the Dragon Coin, a part of that was to be used to construct a floating casino. These plans, however, never left it off the pier after the principal contractor supported.
There’s no reason to anticipate this latest project to progress, either. Before this year, Macau’s gaming regulator stated that cryptocurrency would not be recognized as a way of currency in Macau. If Wide Rich needs to find out their project achieve success, they’ll need to locate a different place, or risk that the fury of more than several investors when the project stalls.
